Pengaruh Beberapa Level Ransum berbahan baku Tepung Koro Pedang pada Kandungan Komposisi Karkas Anak Ikan Lele Dumbo

Pengaruh Beberapa Level Ransum berbahan baku Tepung Koro Pedang pada Kandungan Komposisi Karkas Anak Ikan Lele Dumbo.

Biji Koro pedang/jackbean (Canavalia Ensiformis) direndam dalam air selama 24 jam.Selanjutnya direbus dalam air mendidih selama 1 jam. Dikeringkan dan digiling menjadi tepung koro pedang.

Selanjutnya dibuat ransum dengan salah satu komposisinya tepung koro pedang yaitu 5%,10%,15% 20%. Sebagai pembanding adalah ransum yang tanpa tepung koro pedang (0%). Perhatikan Tabel 1 berikut:
